• ​Improve your skills OR learn the game through individualized instruction and drills to breakdown the fundamentals of lacrosse

• Small sided scrimmages will be added based on coaches discretion 

• Led by coaches that have experience at the highest level

• Groups will be broken up based on experience, skill level, and grade

Equipment Needed​

• First State reversible - if you do not have a reversible, please make sure to purchase at registration

• Stick and cleats (or athletic shoes) are required
